VRex Digital Salon

Friday, July 12, 7:00 PM
Summer 2001

New York Stereoscopic Society member David Swift and his colleagues from VRex will demonstrate their stereoscopic digital projector using images submitted by fellow NYSS members. The presentation includes samples of 3D movies and other work produced by VRex.

VRex offers a free download of their Depthcharge Developer Studio (DDS) software to assist members in preparing their images for the Salon. Follow this link to download the software, or follow the step-by-step instructions to do it yourself with Photoshop or another image editor.

The format for the evening will be similar to our previous summer salons, when members show about 7 images reflecting a sample of their current work or past favorites. We will have the opportunity to learn more about digital 3D projection, as well as the chance to see the work of fellow members. See you there!
