Summer 2003

John and Nathalie at the Flatiron, 1998.
Agfa Scala 200 black and white slide film, by Eric Drysdale
NYSS members are invited to submit up to 7 images for projection in the Summer Salon. The focus of the program is on portraits that illustrate the character of life in and around the city. Participants will prepare a brief statement identifying the subjects of each portrait and other information they may want to include about the photograph (approximately 25 words). All slides must be mounted in RBT mounts, labeled with title, name of photographer, and thumb spot in lower left corner of the mount. Digital anaglyph files will also be projected.
Please save files in pct, tif or jpg format at 768 pixels tall by up to 1028 pixels wide. Send files via email to portraits@NY3D.org or bring them on a CD. Members may narrate their own segment, but please bring a written copy for our Society archives.
Agenda:
• Participants arrive before 7pm to submit slides and files.
• 7:00-7:30 Informal discussions about images and techniques while slides are organized. Bulletin boards are available for prints and announcements.
• 7:30 Slides and anaglyphs are projected. If time permits, general interest images may be projected after the Portrait Show.
NYSS thanks 3D Concepts (www.make3dimages.com) for donating the RBT Mounts used in this show.
