Last year, Margery Bloom made a generous doantion to the NY Stereoscopic Society.
She gave us several hundred stereo slides made by her mother, Ethel Maier. Widowed at a young age, Mrs. Maier traveled throughout the world in the 1950s. She shot hundreds of pictures with her Stereo Realist, and meticulously dated and labeled them when she returned to New York. NYSS volunteers have been sorting, editing and remounting a selection of these classic pictures for this presentation.

Fall Meetings – To Be Announced. Members will recieve advance notice. Some wonderful programs are in the works, including a talk on the neurology of stereoscopic perception and a special event at Film Forum.
